What Causes Missing Periods And Blood In Stool?

Hi my periods are regular with 30 days cycle. We had unprotected sex last month and my periods delayed by 5 days with symptoms of preganacy. but now, i am having boold in my stool. is its an indication of some problem. Is it the right time to take home pregancy test?
