What Causes Missing Periods And Lower Abdomen Pain?

I a m 50 years old.Since 9 months did not get my period.

Since one month got pain in lower part on abdomen (one day right side and the other day the left side. Also gas problem and sometimes pain in my left leg..Already done echography of abdomen Everything is ok.
