What Causes Missing Periods And Movements In Stomach Inspite Of Having BC Implant?
Ive had a blood test done about pregnancy, and I have the implant birth control in my arm, my periods well I have really had one in about 3-4 months. And, I feel movement in my stomach all the time you can even see it... It s been going on for a few weeks now.. what could it be??
The possibility of pregnancy is less in your case as you are on contraceptive implant and as your blood test for pregnancy gave negative result.
While using contraceptive implant sometime side effects like irregular periods, amenorrhea, etc. can be seen.
Continuous thinking about the pregnancy can lead to symptoms that mimic the pregnancy, which is called as a spurious pregnancy.
In it the bowel movements, blood vessel pulsations, etc. can be assumed as movements of the baby.
To come out of this thinking, please consult your Gynecologist once, get examined and undergo an ultrasound. By seeing the empty uterus in ultrasound screen you can stop thinking about pregnancy.
Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
