What Causes Missing Periods And Negative Pregnancy Tests?

19 days late period...could I b preganant.. negative blood tests bt it happens for the last time also bt I was preg than. Gyn told its bcox ovulate lately... wat should I do.. I stoppd birth control pillson june 20 n I gt my periods on june 28. Bt nt after that..plx help
