What Causes Missing Periods And Negative Pregnancy Tests?

Thank you. I had a positive ovulation test on March 2nd and intercourse was timed 4 days before and after along with intercourse on the 2nd. I should've got my period on March 19 but I'm late the pregnancy test have all been negative. Could I be pregnant and also can you have a LH surge but produce no egg?
