What Causes Missing Periods And Negative Pregnancy Tests?

i am 19 years old ...i never had unprotected intercourse but i did dry sex with my clothes on just for 3minutes thats all..and my period usually not regular...this month my period is delay for 2weeks and my pregnancy test is negative..i tested on morning ..im confused..can you help..what is my problem is?
