What Causes Missing Periods And Negative Pregnancy Tests?

hello i am a week late with my period and for the past 2 weeks everyday i have felt sick on and off not been able to eat much. feeling sleepy all the time and just not myself. I Have took 2 pregnancy tests but they both are negative. do you have any idea what could be wrong with me?
