What Causes Missing Periods And Negative Pregnancy Tests?

The 18th of this month will make me 2 months late for my period. Even before my first period, I felt like I was about to start. I've taken a pregnancy test & it was negative. I'm cramping, sick to my stomach & having headaches. What could be going on??
