What Causes Missing Periods And Negative Pregnancy Tests?

hello , i am late for my periods almost by 6 days and i m trying for a baby, my doctor suggested me stalopam lite as i m a Thyroid patient but almost in normal range. Is that tablet is a cause to delay my periods or I am pregnant. I took 4 home pregnancy test all negative. I m little worried. Please help.
