What Causes Missing Periods And Pain During Urination?

Hello I am 10 days late on my period and I have never missed a period in my life or been irregular. I took a pee test and blood test both came back negative. Today I ve been experiencing slight pain while peeing. I am severely anemic and just began today taking iron for it could that be why I m experiencing a missed period and pain while peeing.
