What Causes Missing Periods, Bloating And Back Pain?

hi...i had my last periods on april 2nd.till nw i have not got my next periods.i experience a swelling feeling nside my stomach and also pain on my upper back.i took pregnancy test kit test evening and found negative.what will be d reason for d delay periods.i usually get my periods withn 26-28 days
