What Causes Missing Periods, Bloating And Headache?

Hi i am 31 year old mum i am 11weeks late with my period i had 2 tests but they were negitive after first month i had lower back pain,stomach and side pain,tieadness and sleep,stomach bloting,headachs,once i had show a blood line in my discharge,food craving for fruit but after two weeks no sighs and no period help please.
