What Causes Missing Periods, Cramps And Loss Of Appetite?

hello my name is brittany,im 20 years old i recently lost my virginity on mothers day witch is the 8th. i didnt bleed when i lost my virginity but my boyfriends condom broke in the process of us having sex,and i havent started my period yet,and my stomach has been hurtin,well more less like cramps,but my belly has a little puge to it. sometimes i cant eat and feel like im going to get sick through out the day.does this mean im pregnant?
