What Causes Missing Periods, Dizziness And Cramping?

It's been 10 days missed period, hpt and blood test are both negative, tested my thyroid they are normal, STD and HIV negative. Im off the pill only 1.5 months only. 3rd wk after my last period on May 12 I faint, so dizzy, had cramping, high temperature, sick 1 wk. Went to doctor says it's UTI. They gave me cephalexin.Can I possibly still be pregnant? I have heightened sense of smell, have white discharge everyday till now, fatigue, lower back pain, frequent urinating, always hungry, sleepy and being moody. Why am I not having period? Should I test again?
