What Causes Missing Periods, Dizziness And Vomiting Sensation?

hi, I am 24 years now... From past 2 days I am feeling dizziness and vomiting sensation. Even I had vomit for 2 time but only liquid came out. My period is also delayed by 5 days now. No symptoms of getting period also now. But urine test is negative. This month I have done lot of diet n workout.
