What Causes Missing Periods, Lower Abdominal Pain And Tiredness?

Had ectopic on May 25, 2010 and lost left faloopian tube. Periods was regular until recently. My LMP was on 1/1/11. HPT & B HCG turned out negative. Prolactin level at 27 ng/ML. Prescribed Caberlin for 6 weeks (twice a week).
Had a cyst/follicle of 2.7mm on 16th Feb, 2001. Was prescribed Duphaston for 8 days from 19th to 26th Feb, 2011. Was also asked to TTC. Having lower abdominal pain for past 2-3 days but no periods yet. Feeling very tired and uncomfortable.
