What Causes Missing Periods, Nausea And Cramps?

I have missed my last period. I am now having cramping and nausea. About 5days ago I noticed both of my breast were swollen. When I squeezed them clear and white stuff squirts out of both sides. I have a doctors appointment this coming week. I have taken 2 pregnancy test and they have both been negative.
