What Causes Missing Periods, Vomiting And Dizziness?

gud evening...m sanjana here. m 21 yrs old...my periods have been delayed from last two months..moreover m suffering from regular fever,vomiting,fatigue and dizziness.a gynae advised to take porogestrone and estrogen for 3 days.i completed the course yesterday but stil i didn't gt periods...plz answer my query.
