What Causes Missing Periods, White Discharge And Cramps?

Hi doctor. Iv been on a contraceptive pill the last month (since the start of my last period) I am in a relationship the past year and a half and have sex without a condom. I am due my period since yesterday and still haven't got it. I have a clear white discharge and cramping. This morning Ive had diarrhea and am wondering could I be pregnant or is this just symptoms of the pill. Thanks.
