What Causes Missing Periods?

I havve ad a missed period for 48 days but diagnosed of ulcer, though i had unprotected sex , i have ad 4 pregnancy strip test and a scan . The scan said no gestational sac after 21 days of intercourse, my last strip test was yesterday , day 45 came our negative
