What Causes Missing Periods?

Hi doc, I had a sex with my husband on 1st aug.....I took idoz-72 on the same day.... My last period date was on July 13th till now I didn t got my periods so getting very scared Can u plz suggest wat to do.....should I wait for 1 more week for my periods r should I consult a doc?
