What Causes Missing Periods?

hello,
i am 24 years old, i had unprotected sex twice on 4th of april,but after having it my periods started immediately, then on 12th april i had chicken pox, till today ie 8th may i didnt get my periods. wat is the reason for delay as mine is always regular. is it because of chicken pox or something else? please suggest
