What Causes Missing Periods?

hi, am 26years old and weighing about 85kg. i had a scan in febuaury showing that i had poly cystic ovary (right ovary).i used primoult-n for about a week and i am yet to see my menses after the initial one. pregnancy kit test shows negative. what can i do?
