What Causes Missing Periods?

Hi doc,i am 27 years old.i got married in 2009.for one year i continued krimson 35 for getting my periods.now recently i found out that i had pcod. A month before doctor prescribed me folic acid,bigomet sr 500 and duphaston 10 mg .i am desperate to get pregnant due to family issues.i did not get my period this month.am i pregnant?.
