What Causes Missing Periods?

hi.my first menstruation was apr.18 lst month and i took althea pills on the 3rd day of menstruation.thn we had sex lst may 5.im expecting to hav my menstruation yesterday may 15.but apparently stil dont have menstruation.is it possible that i will be pregnant?
