What Causes Missing Periods?

I haven't had a period in 62 days. I'm always regular when it comes down to being on my period every month this is the first time ever not coming on my period. I've taken blood work nine days after my missed period and again 25 days after missed period now its 60 days since my last period is it a high possiblity that i could still be pregnant?
