What Causes Missing Periods?

Hi, i am 18 years old, i am worried about my menstural abnormality. i have my menstural-period 7 weeks ago since i have'n yet, i got liquid emission since 3 weeks ago, my boy friend fingured me 7 week ago we did nothing else, is there any possibility of pragnancy or is it the sign of pragnancy?
