What Causes Moderate Left-sided Continuous Pain In Navel Area?

I m having moderate, continuous pain in my left side of navel area. At random times, it s accompanied with severe, sharp pain, enough to drop me to my knees. It goes from the top, then downward, making a large C . I also have back pain. Im experiencing diarrhea, episodes of nausea, but with no fever.

Well come to HCM
Colicky abdomen pain is very likely and if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with "Tab Clinidium with Chlordiazepoxide" three times in day and Tab Dicyclomine three times in day" diarrhea is nothing to worry and just take care for hydration, hope this helps, take care.
