General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

Here physical examination of great toe and foot should be done to look for any redness or swelling if present

History about trauma Also should be taken

If inflammation present than brufen given for five days

For fracture rule out local part x ray should be done

If no fracture present than it could be muscular or ligament strain and if present crep bandage can be worn

Take care

Consult orthopedic surgeon for examination
