What Causes Mole With White Discharge On The Intercostal Space?

I have a mole on my left side of my 4th intercostal space on the anterior plane on my body , the problem is that it has a white discharge on the surface of the mole and a pink color and a black skin slippery substance that s is on the mole plus a yellow discharge that is left on the bandage that I clean everyday , it comes with a little discomfort . What do I do and what other methods do I do to make it go away?

The area is infected as evidenced by the pus that you have mentioned.

For resolution, antibiotics would be needed.

The area may also need to be incised to allow any discharge present to drain out completely. If some pockets of pus remain, the infection can recur.

It would be best to see your doctor for an assessment.
