The mole on my face by my eye is hanging like it wants to come off it hurts and is red.what should i do?

It might not be mole. Moles are unlikely to get inflammed & become red. It might be some inflammatory swelling. Consult a local eye specialist & dermatologist to know what it is. Then doctor will be able to decide about the treatment plan
