What Causes Mood Swings After Having Morphine For Back Pain?

I've been taking 40 ml of morphine for a very bad back. And fibr.
I haven't been taking them so much. But I seriously feel in a very bad iratible mood. Is this why? Also should be due on in 4 days but periods have been playing up

Well come to HCM
Pain can be well managed with NSAID also and no need to take narcotic because this is not safe drug, better try to bear the pain as hard as you can because intensity of pain goes on reducing gradually once you start bearing this, and this would give natural analgesic affect, if you feel change in mood then this could be due to narcotic only, hope this information helps, take care.
