General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and thanks for writing.

i can understand tour problem and will do the best to help you. The problems you are suffering may be due to condition like anxiety disorder or acute stress disorder or bipolar disorder or depression with mood disorder. I suggest that you get yourself worked up with a psychiatrist for a better evaluation. You can try certain relaxation techniques and also begin a behavioural therapy with consultation of your psychiatrist.

Hope it helps.

Regards
Dr Manish Jha
