What Causes Mood Swings And Depression Post Vaginal Hysterectomy?

i just had a vaginal hysterectomy on oct 17 my ovaries are still in however, my emotions are crazy. all i want to do is cry and my husband just cant understand. im on a roller coaster of emotions and my husband says im selfish. please give me some advice. i thought if i kept my ovaries i wouldnt go through this.
