Hello,
I have gone through the query and understood the concern. The possible causes for your symptoms are perimenopause, premenstrual symptoms, hormone deficiency considering the fact that your age is advancing and you have only one ovary that could be declining in function. Please check with your health care provider to see if you need any supplements. Also, increase the amount of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Do regular exercise and maintain a healthy weight. Hope this helps.
