What Causes Mood Swings, Excessive Hunger And Headache?

I am 11 days late for my period. Me and my fiancé had sex at the end of last month. My period was suppose to come on the 7th and I have a pretty regular menstrual cycle, usually a day or two EARLY but I m never late. I have extreme fatigue, I mean going to bed at 5pm and waking up to my alarm at 7am. I m also experiencing mood swings, excessive hunger ( after a couple hours my stomach is literally growling), always in the rest room, and heartaches. But I took a pregnancy test two days ago and it came back negative. It was the afternoon and I had to drink a lot of water even to take it because I literally just went and I was anxious to know what was going on but my friend said it was probably diluted and I should try again in a week. Please help!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

-VCA IGg antibodies present in blood indicate that Ipsten Barr virus infection had occurred sometime in past.

- Presence of IGm antibodies & absence of IBNA antibodies indicate that Ipsten barr virus infection has occurred recently( before less than 4-8 weeks)

-Presence of IGm antibodies &presence of IBNA antibodies indicate that Open Ber virus infection is currently infected for more than 4-6 weeks.

-Number of antibodies do not have impact on the severity of infection.

-You had Epsen Barr virus information in past

-You also have EpsenBarr virudh information positive present for more than 2-6 weeks.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
