What Causes Mood Swings, Headache And Acid Reflux?

Hie I bein using depo now it almost 2 years I had no problem before but now I have unstopped periods amlost for 2 mnts now and my stomach is getting big and I also have mood swings, headach, heartburn once I went to a clinic at did the pt test come positive after 3 weeks it was negative. Do I have a problem
