What Causes Morning Sickness, Headache, Backache, Tiredness And Swollen Feet?

Hey doc , so recently I have been having lots of pregnancy symptoms , from mornin sickness , that happens all day sometimes , headache , backache , tiredness , swollen feet the lot you betya I noticed on Monday midday light pink discharge but it disappeared and has it come back . I have the implant in but noticed today I have a slight bump in the middle :/ help?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The symptoms mentioned by you are not specific for pregnancy.
They can be seen in other disorders also.
It is important to rule out pregnancy by taking up urine pregnancy test (UPT) in first place.
Headache, backache, tiredness and swollen feet can occur in anemia or low hemoglobin also.
Thus, I suggest you to get complete hemogram also to measure the level of hemoglobin.
Light pink discharge can be seen during implantation after conception.
An UPT will help to determine whether pregnancy is present or not.
In case UPT is positive you will need to get an ultrasound abdomen.
If UPT is negative, other causes for these symptoms need to be found out.
