What Causes Morning Sickness?

I have all the symptoms of a false pregnancy like the belly the cravings the morning sickness etc. But no baby... have been like this for months now... yes definitely not pregnant... is it possible to have a false pregnancy but to know you not pregnant... my reading tell me that everyone that has this believes they are pregnant even tho they are not.

Hi I think you can be having some hormonal imbalances. Get a thyroid profile and prolactin level and a ultrasound done to see uterus and ovaries. You can take some antacids like pantoprazole empty stomach. Hope it helps.
