What Causes Morning Tiredness,swollen Breast,back Pain,digestion Problem And Frequent Urination?

hi doctor, I want to know if I am pregnant. last month 15th I have menstrual periods today I am in 17th day I have some symptoms like morning tiredness, swollen breast, back pain, digest problem and over urine passing. please help me am I pregnant or not

I have gone through your query. These symptoms can be due to pregnancy. Doing a urine pregnancy test will be helpful to rule out this. Use first morning urine sample for this.
