General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
In infants, most diarrheas are due to viral infection ( commonly rota virus).
If your child is also having pimples like spots on his body then it could be due to infection or allergy.
Your child is required syrup antibiotics, antiemetics and electrolyte balance ( who- ors) with plenty of water.
The diet you are giving you can continue it but as I said he would require treatment after pediatrician consultation.
Don't worry after treatment he will be alright.
