Hi...
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...
As per your complain it seems like Apthous
Stomatitis and due to it there is inflammation in the lining of the oral mucosal surfaces and it can occur due to a number of reasons like deficiency of iron and
vitamin B12,stress, dry mouth,
tobacco chewing and smoking habit, diabetes,
acid reflux, physical trauma etc..
You should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and if any underlying cause is found causing the inflammation, treatment of the same will solve the problem..
As of now you can gargle with a numbing mouthwash to get relieved especially during meals..
Do warm saline gargles.
Take a
multivitamin tablet for 15 days..
Drink plenty of water and chew sugarfree chewing gum to stimulate saliva flow..
Avoid spicy and sour foods..
You can gargle with cold water and suck ice pops to reduce inflammation..
If you have tobacco chewing or smoking habit you should abstain from it to prevent irritation and relieving the inflammation..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
