What Causes Mouth Sores Along With Itching Sensation Around The Mouth?

I am 28 year old man. I had unprotected sex with my friend on 19th June and again on 22nd June. On 22nd June, she was having her menstrual cycle and was bleeding. On the same day, I could see some white color thick saliva on either side of her lips (at the edges) and had a think saliva also as I could see. Then, since last 10 days, I am getting mouth sores, dry mouth, small blister on my back (very small and tiny about 10-12 and then 3 with red pointed tip), today itching sensation around my mouth, sometimes when I think too much my heart beat increases and feel I am hot but otherwise there is no such phenomenon. I have slight pain in the abdomen region, liver and kidney. I used a fungal powder on the back pimples and they are going away. I do not have any other problem. I do not have headache or nausea or vomiting, nothing. I am all fine but still I am having this fear and deep thought that may be I am infected with HIV. I am not able to do anything but think only about it. I was also doing gym everyday for one hour and was taking Whey Protein supplement. I was not taking shower after returning back from Gym. I do not know what is happening with me but sure it is very scary to me so please help me with this. Thank you.
