hello, I was just worried because today when I woke up I realized I got a cold sore in my lips,,, right now it seems that it is spreading throughout my mouth, my lips and throat ...I have been feeling tired and exhausted increasing as the day is progressing. My upper and lower lips are entirely full of cold sores.

Hello,
You need to see a doctor and get on an antiviral medication. These medicines can shorten the course of the outbreak. Cold sores are caused by viruses.
