What Causes Movable And Painful Lump Near Collarbone?

Hi. My girlfriend has a small lump near her collarbone. It moves when touched. She says it can be slightly painful when she moves just right. It is not hard. She got x rays and nothing showed up. What could this be? Is it something to be concerned about?

Hi,
From history it seems that this might be due to enlarged supra clavicular lymph node.
This might be due to non specific lymphadenitis and not of much importance.
There might be having some minor infection in surrounding parts like scalp, neck, armpit etc. giving rise this problem.
Ok and take care.
