What Causes Movement Of Throat Muscles While Using Thumb And Forefinger?

i am 39 years of age a woman 110-120 pounds ia can feel my throat muscles move side to side when i use my thumb and forefinger. my spine is out of alignment somewhat but what does this mean.also when i open and close my mouth my jaw muscles click. thank you

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

My thoughts and suggestions are as below. Since you have spine alignment problems it is possible that the the nerves of the neck muscles and that of the thumb and fingers might have got cross-connected and thus you are getting movement of the neck muscles on using the fingers and thumb. Another problem of clicking of the TM joints is called TM joint arthralgia and you should get an MRI and an opinion of a Dental Surgeon to know the exact diagnosis and have proper management. Till then have liquid diet only.
