What Causes Mucous Bleeding With Fever And Body Ache?

Recently I had a muscular pain, fever of 105 degree, cough, blocked nasalWith consultation of physician I was administered with antibiotics, Paracetamol tablets and nasal decongestion liquid. Lab investigation reflects that ESR is 80mm/hr and is suspected to have infection. I Still suffer from blocked nostrils, bleeding mucous, cough, intermittent fever and body ache. Kindly suggest the kind of treatment I should undergo further

Well come to HCM
Chances of viral fever is very likely and this need to be treated symptomatically some time this may take little more time to come around, ESR is nothing to do with this, You can have Tab Acetaminophen with Ibuprofen as per needed Tab Loratidine with pseudoephedrine three times in day, take care.
