What Causes Mucous Diarrhea With Blood In Stools And Abdominal Pain?

This Thursday I started having diarrhea. It was watery and mucousy. On Friday I noticed blood as well. Not only in my stool, but when I wiped as well. I seem to have no control, even when I pass gas, I have a bowel movement. I am also experiencing abdominal pain. Not all the time, but when I have to use the restroom. I 40 yr old female, with no health problems. However, I am a smoker.

hi,l think your diarrhoea most probably caused by bacterial infection,you should keep taking enough fluid to avoid dehydration ,your doctor will also prescribe you antimicrobial agent specif for the type of bacterial infection you suffer after some laboratory investigations.
