What Causes Mucus And Blood From Vagina?

i went to the bathroom and pooped but seperate.from that mucus mixed with blood came out of my vagina into the toilet looked wierd.... everytime i poop i see mucus in the toilet.... on top of all that my period is a month late..... im scared i dont know what to do or what this could be and my stomach is unusually hard and gets harder almost everyday.k
