What Causes Mucus Discharge From Anus While Taking Amoxicillin?

I just felt like I needed to fart. So when I did mucus like discharge came out. I am taking amoxicillin and ibuprofen because I had my tooth pulled. Could that be causing it? I ve had a upset stomach due to the fact that all I ve been drinking is yoghurt.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
One if the common side effects of Amoxicillin is passing if loose stools. Take lactobacillus powder or tablet twice a day for 5 days.
Your symptoms will gradually subside.
